Most orders* ship out in 2 - 4 business days

*Custom orders, engagement & ceremonial pieces by outside designers (pieces not made by Little Gold) will vary in turnaround time - products that have a longer timeline will have an estimated production time listed in the description.

As a one-woman small business, I'm unable to offer refunds/returns.

It's important to me that you love your choice, however, so I do offer exchanges:

• Pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery date
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and ensuring pieces are packaged safely.
• Sale, custom, one-of-a-kind items are all final sale.

Please contact me immediately after placing your order if you would like to cancel or make changes. Once your order has been shipped, it can't be cancelled and will need to be returned at the customer's expense.
