For the silly geese 🪿
Let loose — this one is for the goofballs, the oddballs, the ones who keep life fun.
The Silly Goose Necklace is a little tribute to the quirks that make you, you. It’s for the people who snort when they laugh, talk to their pets like they’re people, and always find a reason to dance in the kitchen. It’s a reminder that life’s better when you let loose and stop worrying about looking cool.
Wear it as a tiny, golden permission slip to be your wonderfully weird, unfiltered self—because that’s the best version of you. 💫
- Gold Vermeil Pendant
- 18" Gold Fill chain (18" 14k Solid Gold Chain with the solid gold goose)
Hi, I’m Steph!
I'm the owner, designer and maker behind Little Gold!
Little Gold started in 2013 in a tiny glassed-in kiosk, curating beautiful jewelry lines by incredibly talented designers.
The next year, we moved to our very own beautiful retail space in downtown Victoria, right in the heart of it all, and I started my own jewelry line as our in-house collection.
After several wonderful years, I knew in my heart I wanted to go in a different direction.
I loved the shop but my heart has always been in creating - it was time to shift focus to Little Gold as my own jewelry line; crafting pieces with my own hands and telling my story.
So, we took the business online!
I hand-sculpt each piece in jeweler's wax, using a variety of techniques and tools.
The wax sculptures are then sent to a casting house, where they're cast into silver or gold.
Using a mix of modern and ancient techniques, each piece is then either hand-finished by me right here in Victoria or gold-plated & finished by the tiny, family-run jewellers (just the 2 of them!) in Jaipur that l've been honoured to work with for over 7 years.
Being solely self-taught, I'm so lucky to have met an incredible community of goldsmiths, engravers, jewellers and small-businesses in Canada that I continue to work with and learn from over the years.
If a piece isn't in my own wheelhouse, I love being able to connect with them to make it happen!
